DX 10 games - crysis 3,shadow of mordor

Does wineskin support dx10 games
Would i be able to play crysis 3, shadow of mordor on wineskin??

Wineskin is not supported here; this forum is for plain Wine only.

As to whether the games work in plain Wine, both Crysis 3 and Shadow of Mordor have AppDB entries that you can check yourself.

yes it supports directx 10 and 11 too. you will only have to install dx10 from winetricks. open the wrapper>advanced>tools>winetricks. search directx10 and click d3dx10 and run. it will download and install. then click update wrapper.
directx 10 will be installed on your wrapper. ENJOY your GAME!!!!

Regardless of the front end or not DX11 is not implemented into Wine yet and the DX10 is barely implemented. I don't even think Wine takes full advantage of DX9 yet but it's about 85-90%(?) of the way there (Hopefully Staging will take core of the rest one it's fully implemented). Yes, you can install the available dlls into Wine but their implementation is very rudimentary. You will not be able to run Crysis 3 or any DX10 reliant games with Wine unless you specifically tell the game to use the DX9 driver and wether Wine will recognize the change or not I have no idea.
