Who accepts the tests results? Maintainers?

I'm new around here and I'm not sure how does this site work. I have recently posted four tests results to various applications. Two of them have maintainers, two of them have not. The tests results of the applications without maintainers have been accepted very quickly, within 48 hours. The tests results of the application with maintainers are still awaiting confirmation. Is it because the maintainers are taking care of them instead of Wine devs? I can see that the maintainer of Concise Oxford English Dictionary has last been active in 2012 and the maintainer of TOCA Race Driver 3 has posted his results in 2012 and then updates followed up to 2012 when they stopped.

Does that mean the applications cannot receive any further updates because maintainers abandoned the project (or died) or just that the tests results were not yet accepted because devs have way more stuff to be bothered with and I'm an impatient tard?

Maintainers process the test reports for the apps they maintain, admins process the test reports for unmaintained apps. Maintainers who fail to process a submitted report within 7 days are removed as maintainers and the report then goes to the admin queue. Keep in mind that both maintainers and admins are volunteers with lives outside of WineHQ.

Alright, thanks for the reply. I'm fine with the waiting, it's not important to me whether it gets accepted within a day, a week or a month. I am just curious how does it all work.
