Poor font rendering

Hi,

I'll start with screenshot examples:

1. This is how Consolas font, size 11, shows natively in Linux app:


2. And this is how it shows in any Windows app under Wine:


Do I have to change some settings to be able to use this font, or this is as best as it gets under Wine?

I'm dual posting this question on AskUbuntu and will update both questions if there is a solution.

I also wanted to mention that changing aliasing setting with winetricks or by using regedit, how no effect on font rendering
