Problem with Lotus Organize 5.01 and Wine

I installed Wine 1.7.18 (on ubuntu 12.04 LTS) and tried to install Lotus Organizer Millennium Edition (5). Unfortunately, the program does not start.
I have found the following errors:

PlayOnLinux is not supported here, and the Wine version you are using is old. Reinstall to a clean Wine prefix using the current development release of plain Wine. If the problem persists, post terminal output from that.

You give me the link of the last stable version of WineHQ for linux? The problems will be solved Organizer 5:01 installing the latest version? Thank you very much.
