Hi All,
I am new to Ubuntu as I am using it since 2 months.
I need to install a Windows program in order to be able to print from my University printers (these do not support Linux: http://www.cbsstudents.dk/sites/default ... 202014.htm).
I downloaded and installed both Wine and PlayOnLinux.
Then I tried to open the .exe file with Wine and it started "initializing" and "import settings". Then it stucks to this step.
Do anyone know how to fix it? Can you please suggest me step by step what to do?
Thank you in advance,
Umberto

First: PlayOnLinux is not supported here; this forum is for plain Wine only. However, in this case, plain Wine won't help you, because you can't install Windows hardware drivers in Wine. Your printer needs to be installed in CUPS for Wine to see it.
