Cant open specific file after Yosemite update

Hiho, I updated to Yosemite on my MacBook pro for some days ago and now can't I open up a .exe file that was possible to open before the update. I can open some other .exe files but not this one.. I would be VERY grateful with a sweet answer! Faster is better, THANKS!

Same issue here. A file that ran in Wine 1.6.1 under Mavericks fails under Yosemite (the application displays an error window that says "Object Expected script error Retry Y/N" and then locks up.
