Empire total war waiting to mergue a fix

Hi, Empire total war and other total war saga are just waiting a bug to be fixed just merging the code:

I don't know what you expect to be merged. Patches are not picked up from bugzilla, and the one attached to that bug report is described by its author as "a hackish workaround," not a real fix.
