Wine Version 16.2
I have install mysql 5.6 server on box and mysql 5.3 connector.
From work bench data base connectivity is working but from .net application we are getting Failed to get configuration.
Error message is attach in the thread.
Net framework we have tried 2.0 , 3.5.

Assuming you mean Wine 1.6.2, upgrade to the latest development release.
What version of .NET does the app require, and how did you install the versions of .NET you tried? If it wasn't with winetricks, it won't work.
