Glad you finally sorted it out. No, there's no need to keep installing things. Problems caused by native dlls are not valid Wine bugs.
The AppDB doesn't have an entry for Ultra Street Fighter IV. It would be helpful if you would submit the game as a new entry, along with a test report detailing the steps needed to get it working.

That way whatever native stuff one requires wouldn't affect the others?
It seems a bit redundant, but maybe that's the way to go. I believe that's how POL works.
