I need open 2 programs together

Hi, I'm new here.

I'm change the OS in my company, from Win to Ubuntu, but we have a main program, Trafegus, what just run in Win, and my provider don't have interest to make a Ubuntu's version.

This program have 2 .exe programs, the firts just connect to server and let us input the login and password, the seconde program is the mais software. Well...the wine 1.6 open very well the first .exe but when I input my access data, the seconde .exe don't run...I don't know what I need do anymore...

Anybody could help me? How I could make this 2 programs run?
