Wine for xubuntu

using wine 1.6

i tried to install hard truck: 18 wheels of steel
but when the installer got to installing, it stopped and i got an error 1628.
i have no idea what to do.
im a windows guy, not a linux guy, this is the first linux system i have tried,
and i have no idea what to do to resolve this issue. thanks guys.

i have no idea how to launch the setup of the game from the terminal, especially using wine to open it
