Tropico 4 not launching properly

Hi, Recently I installed tropico 4 over wine onto my Linux Mint 16 laptop. Whenever I launch it, It starts installing .NET framework, and then a setup error occurs, then it starts instaling DirectX. After that, The tropico 4 launcher comes up, I enter email and password, and then it takes me to a screen that says "Launch Tropico 4". I press it, and no window comes up, nothing. Tropico 4 runs in processes though. I'm running wine 1.7.18
