Photo Editor 3.01 install success in Mint 16

Hi have Photo Editor installed successfully.
No issues that I can see so far.
I'm accessing it via a desktop launcher
- Command = wine /home/[username]/.wine/drive_c/Program\ Files/PhotoEditor/PHOTOED.EXE

I do have a generic Mint question for anyone who might know:
How do I add the program launcher to the Mint Applications/Favorites menu?
