Link to WINEPREFIX web page is dead

While trying to install .NET Framework 2.0 (page: http://appdb.winehq.org/objectManager.p ... n&iId=3754 )

I have try to click the line "Make sure you operate on a clean 32-bit WINEPREFIX (~/.wine)!" (as I am a newbie about that),
but that link is dead ( destination link is: http://wiki.jswindle.com/index.php/WINEPREFIX ).

Please can somebody repair it, relink it, or give me a link to a page explaining me the WINEPREFIX ?
