NET Framework 4.0 wine mac install

Hello everybody,

Please could somebody tell me how to install .NET Framework 4.0 step by step on a mac. I'm using Wine 1.7.0 Released and the last wrapper. I need it for for run Eviews 8.

Since you say "wrapper" I'm assuming you may be using Wineskin, which isn't supported here... but I can give you some info

Overall with Wine on Mac though.. .NET 4 doesn't work very well and often doesn't seem to even install right.

You can use Winetricks (which is available inside Wineskin as well) and have it try to install .NET 4 (its called something like dotnet4), and hope for the best.

If you are using Wineskin, you can find dotnet in the Winetricks GUI search bar... also make sure the wrapper is 2.5.11, which fixes a couple of Winetricks issues that occurred in 2.5.10... and if the wrapper was upgraded from 2.5.10 to 2.5.11 make sure you do a change engine (even change it to the same engine if you want), so it goes through the change engine process, which will fix issues in the engine installed in the wrapper for the Winetricks fixes to work.

Doh, thank you so much for your soon answer.

I tried to run the NET 4.0 winetricks, but an error occur. I read something about a clean 32-bit wineprefix, really I don't have any idea of how to do it.
