.NET Frameworks 3.5 is it a problem ?

The program Ultralingua 7.1 does not work on Wine 1.7.19
The program requires these features :
400 Mhz Pentium (compatible) processor
96 MB RAM
30 MB Free Disk Space
MS .NET 3.5 SP1
Windows XP SP3, Vista, Windows 7

is the .NET frameworks witch is the problem for the Ultralingua not working?
Is there a way to make this program to work on Wine ?

Could be. Try installing it with winetricks.

I did install .NET 3.5, Ultralingua still not open
