I had tried to install GTA_VC and some other needed dependances for 3dsmax but the error message above seems to still my progression where I have not been able to do much, I've even tried to totally remove wine winetricks q4wine

Those messages are from winetricks, not Wine. Report the problem to http://winetricks.org. It is a separate project.
