ElsterFormular with vcrun2008

Hi,

I followed http://appdb.winehq.org/objectManager.p ... &iId=27512 but still get the mentioned error or ericprozess. I also wrote the maintainer some days ago without answer.
This is a plain 32bit Prefix with wine-1.7.16. I switched the msvcp90 to Native after installation via winetricks vcrun2008.

Creating files works, but validation fails and also submit. This is ElsterFormular 15.2, no further update available.

The old entry URL is gone. However the current comment here http://appdb.winehq.org/objectManager.p ... &iId=29795 about using "taskset -c 0 wine pica.exe" seems to solve the issue.
I have submitted successfully the files for 2013 now.
