HELP! Stuck AVTECH DVR Video Client Viewer

Hello,
I'm trying to find a replacement of app Video Viewer that give me way to access Avtech Camera of my son school.

The splash screen of app showing and a sec later it disappears

Just use the Web interface
Choose Quicktime and enter username/password of the DVR.
At the lower right corner of the Playback screen (still black after entering user/pass), click the arrow and choose "Open with VLC Media Player" (consider you have installed VLC).
Then you can config the screen split on your browser, and view it in VLC window.
