Help with Microsoft Expression Encoder 4?

Hello. I am looking to get help with installing Microsoft Expression Encoder 4. I am using Lubuntu 13.04. I have the latest wine installed. When I open the EXE, it extracts itself but does not continue past that. I have installed it on my Windows partition so I know what to expect. After extraction there should be a splash screen followed by some prompts. If anyone could help it would be much appreciated.
