This is my very first post in the Wine World
. I'm trying to make things work with Cisco IP Communicator ver 7.0.3 on a Linux box (ubuntu and lubuntu). The problem is that it installs smoothly but neither the audio tuning wizard starts nor the PulseAudio error is stopping to pop up whenever I click the Cisco App. I tested the sound using the pulseAudio cmd and it does output whenever I click on Test-Sound, but fails when I launch the app.
I tried to redirect linux to select default sound codec to OSS from ALSA, still no luck. Its kinda driving me nuts, any help will be highly appreciated.
