Age of Wonders 3 won't run

Its only been a few days since launch, and I don't know all that much about running games in wine, but I decided to install Age of Wonders 3 on my mac through wine and give it a shot. The install went perfectly, the installer opened and did its thing anyway, but when I go to open the game file I get "The program AOW3.exe has encountered some serious error and needs to close."

Ive made it past install and starting the game. However once running graphics turn white. Whats not white is frame, map and similar solid stuff.

I have no idea how to fix it. Hopefully someone will know.
