how to install mathcad 14 or 15?

can someone give me a step-by-step to install mathcad 14 or 15 on wine?
i never install anything on wine before and now i need to install mathcad for my study.
my system is kubuntu 12.04 64bit and wine version 1.4 .

Hi, did you have any success with installing Mathcad 14? I tried it with WINE 1.6 + winetricks, but the setup aborts, just after start. Is there anything else I have to consider. I already read the article in the AppDB, but it doesn't work.

I managed now to install Mathcad (altough with a runtime error at the end of installation) and it appears in the start menu, but when I start it, only a message appears, that I should to locate a keyfile. When I want to skip it, the program doesn't start.
