Virtualdub Plugins Via Wine

I am trying to install some plugins for Virtualdub with Wine. One of the codecs however, has an inf file. I found info on how to install with an inf file in Linux and Ubuntu but not Mac. I did read that I could type in

rundll32 setupapi.dll,InstallHinfSection DefaultInstall 128 ./huffyuv.inf

but that didn't work either. I also don't know if I need to move the inf file to within Wine (Program Files) rather than within the folder on the mac which wine used to install Virtualdub. Thank you for any help.
