installing to linux mint 16 cinnamon with wine

I installed Watchtower library on my linux mint 16 cinnamon computer using wine .

Surprisingly it installed but when i run it the title and links at the top and on the side are there and work but they are research links and when the actually research appears in the main window the fonts are square circles or rounded squares. Unreadable!

Has wine misplaced the fonts for that part of the program or is something else going on?
