Is there anyway to sync data to cloud within wine

I have a very nice inventory management software for windows by name Xin Inventory. On windows I have installed it in dropbox folder which allows me to access its data from all my computers. I am gradually migrating from windows to ubuntu and while I am doing so this is the only software which is stopping me to do so.

I dont mind using this software within wine but is there anyway I can sync its data to cloud.

Please suggest any work around for this.

well, you can use dropbox in linux too; and yunio.com also provides good cloud syncing.
