DSpeech DOESN'T WORK

Hi,
I can't run DSpeech v1.58.3. (DSpeech is a TTS Text To Speech software, which allows the creation of audiobooks)

(i just added it in "SUBMIT APP")

It's a standalone program. when i run it, say:
"SAPI interface not found or damaged, DSPeech can't start. You must install MS-SAPI5.1 pack"

I have installed SAPI51 from microsoft's site, but still does not work.

What else can I do to make it work?
(WINE 1.6.1 - Fedora18x86 32-bit)
