Problem installing Box.com sync

Hello,
I'm trying install Box.com sync version 4 (http://box.com/sync4windows), without success.
Where do I start? How to find out what errors are happening? I am using Sync 3.5 and it's working.

this bug is true with BoxSync 3.5, didn't work with 4.0.
I don't know how to debug to try solve problem.

You didn't mention what Wine version you're using. If it's not the latest development release, upgrade, and if the problem persists, file a bug.
