Wine version? If it's not the latest development release, upgrade. Check the AppDB for any specific tweaks needed for whatever version of Photoshop you're using. http://appdb.winehq.org/objectManager.p ... ion&iId=17
If it still doesn't work in current Wine after following all instructions in the AppDB, post the full terminal output, including the command used to run it.
