Installation failed - Photoshop CS6

After selecting the installation location, the installation starts to initialize and then I receive an error "installation failed". Here is log from Wine: http://pastebin.com/XpWczxEa It's full version, not portable.

I have Ubuntu 12.04 LTS x64.

The most recent test report in the AppDB mentions needing native msxml6 to install, but nothing else. Your log indicates you've installed native urlmon and shlwapi. Try with a clean wineprefix, and add only msxml6.. If that doesn't work, post the full output, including the command used to run the installer.

You installed native msxml3, not msxml6.

Sorry, my fault. Now, without msxml3 setup couldn't start already at the beginning.
