Windows 98
When I was using wine 1.6 I could select Windows 98 as a windows version in winecfg. In 1.7.5 the oldest windows version avaliable to me is Windows XP. Is wine not supporting 98 anymore? There are some games that can only run in this mode...

Versions older than XP are only available in a 32 bit wineprefix, because they were only available in 32 bit.

Oh thank you for your quick reply! Actually I knew that, but I was doing something wrong trying to launch winecfg with my 32bit prefix and I was messing with the 64bit one without knowing.
