WineConfig - Unable to set drive

Hi all,
I have installed wine 1.2.5 on two Mac OS X workstation. Anything gone well on the first one but on the second one it is impossible to configure the drive map into the wineconfig. See image. The msg (translated) "Unable to connect to the drive manager, the drive configuration can't be changed."

Any ideas (and solution) ?
