Why cant i play windows game discs

A while ago i bought a game that was for windows then later on got a mac. I still want to play my windows game on my mac though.... A few weeks ago i actually got it to work but i forgot how i did it!!! PLEASE tell me how to play discs on my wine application!!

You could start by having a look through this site. There are faqs and guids and all that sort of thing, and if they aren't beginner oriented enough for you, then there's always google.
