Good News
Warner Bros. has released no GfWL patches.
Both games are now using Steamworks.

Hopefully more Games publishers brings no GfWL patches.
Microsoft will switch off Games for Windows Live in june 2014!

It's really a great news but I'm not sure that is will be working for me now cause I have a non-GOTY and non-Steam retail Arkham Asylum and City DVDs. Hope will be some later.
