Wine don't work/appear in Ubuntu 32 bits

When I want use

vitor@vitor-HP-d530-SFF-DQ983C:~$ winecfg

Apper

And it didn't work with any program.

Delete the wineprefix and try again.

Also, you didn't mention what Wine version you're using. If it's not the latest development release, upgrade.

When I use apt-get upgrade Wine

After make download, the version continue the same.
