CSMT patch in 1.7.2?

I was wondering, as I didn't see any direct reference to CSMT (though I'll be honest, I'm not super versed in a lot of the changes posted in the 1.7.2 changelogs) but I noticed that the CSMT patches from Stefan Dösinger ask for a reversion when attempting to apply them to 1.7.2.... However, the performance gains I got in 1.7.1+CSMT don't appear to exist in 1.7.2, even with CSMT=enabled in the registry.

Were there any changes made to 1.7.2 that would make this not work as it did previously? Or should I initialize a new wine prefix for this?

The patches are not part of Wine yet, and AFAIK haven't been rebased to apply to 1.7.2.
