Running TheRecord Player underwine

I am running LinuxMint 15 with wine 1.4.
Trying to run a program called TheRecord Player.
It is a program that can be used to play legal recordings for transcription purpose.
I just get a generic error stating TheRecord Player has encounterd an error.
It is listed under Wine in the programs list.
Any ideas?
