Hi,
I use KDE in Debian Sid AMD64.
Since last dist-upgrade this morning, winecfg can't find libasound_module_conf_pulse.so, so there is no sound.
However I find
/usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/alsa-lib/libasound_module_conf_pulse.so.
Other informations:
$ dpkg -l | grep libasound
ii libasound2:amd64 1.0.27.2-1 amd64 shared library for ALSA applications
ii libasound2:i386 1.0.27.2-1 i386 shared library for ALSA applications
ii libasound2-data 1.0.27.2-1 all Configuration files and profiles for ALSA d
ii libasound2-dev:i386 1.0.27.2-1 i386 shared library for ALSA applications -- dev
ii libasound2-plugins: 1.0.27-2 amd64 ALSA library additional plugins
ia32-libs and libasound2-plugins:i386 can't be installed in the moment because of a bug.
libasound2-plugins:i386 has been removed by last upgrade.
Is there any solution or do I have to wait until libasound2-plugins:i386 is again installable?
cheers
Klaus
libasound_module_conf_pulse.so
Re: libasound_module_conf_pulse.so [solved]
I downgraded libasound2-plugins:i386, libasound2-plugins, libjack-jackd2-0, libjack-jackd2-0:i386, libopus0:i386.
One package refused, I don't know anymore which one.
Then "apt-get -f install" which installed some new packages, and "apt-get dist-upgrade".
I found the downgrade solution on a german debian-list. I did not really understand everything, I still get the above error message in winecfg, but sound works again.
