NOT BEING ABLE TO DOWNLOAD SOFTWARE THROUGH WINE

Greetings, I'm having trouble with downloading a dj software for my acer laptop. every time I download and try to open it to install it, wine pops up and says that it;s not a zip file or that it's not safe and so on.... I have downloaded and used it on other computers with no problems.
Why is Wine doing this to me??
Can anyone help me please? :wink:

Wine doesn't have any such messages. What you describe sounds like messages from your file manager. You need to change the filetype associations and/or set the executable bit.
