Can I in any way force all Wine apps to go fullscreen? In Dosbox it's a simple variable you need to change. What about Wine?
I am playing an old game called Hardwar that won't go full screen despite me setting it in the game itself. I've browsed the wine config options, but I don't really see anything that applies. Why is this so easy in Doxbox and so hard in Wine?
Fullscreen.
Re: Fullscreen.
you need that resolution set up in X and it'll switch.
Dosbox does graphics scaling and stretching and can make anything fullscreen.... with Wine you need to be able to run that actual fullscreen resolution it wants.

Funnily enough I have just installed that as well. All i did was select configure wine and under the graphics tab make sure the emulate a virtual desktop wasn't checked. Works fine here
