Wine and Windows 95/98 Suggestion for the devs

Would it be feasible to add an option to limit the amount of memory Wine see to <512mb when selecting Win95/Win98 modes? I understand WINE is all for developing as close to the original as possible but wouldn't this make it a bit closer too as both these OS's saw 512mb as the limit? I have a few program that install fine but refuse to run as they are getting lost when they see GB's of memory
