How to download MS.net framework 4.0 with wine?
I want to download a 3D rendering software (maya) on ubuntu but it says I need Microsoft.net framework 4.0

Regarding .NET4.0 installation, look for Installation by using 'winetricks' script

Regarding Maya, http://appdb.winehq.org/objectManager.p ... n&iId=1489 doesn't look good, otoh the results are really old, feel free to update it, if necessary add another entry (e.g. Maya 2012). There seems to be a linux version of Maya, if you have a license for linux, I'd recommend using it.
