On QuickBooks 2001 running under latest Wine for Ubuntu 12.04, how do I set drives in Wine Config so that QBB backups will work instead of giving an invalid file location?

The easiest way would be to click Autodetect on the Drives tab in winecfg. Note the drive has to be mounted in Linux when you do this or Wine won't see it.
