Fbserver error when installing exe.

Hi everyone, I am very new to apple, and we have an .exe file that we just have to have to monitor our herd on farm. The application links up and synchronise our records online, so that the other users can have assess to up-to-date records. The install went through, but close to the end errors came through mentioning fbserver and not being able to connect to the localhost. What do I need to do to get this to work? Also now the exe is saying that the application is already installed, but I cannot find it anywhere.

Any help would be appreciated!!!

You posted this in the Linux subforum. Are you running Linux on your Mac, or should I move this to the MacOSX subforum?
