erie install error

hello i am new to wine and i wanted to instal erie a game frome here (http://www.desura.com/games/erie) it was only avalible for windows so i donloaded it withough desura
via purchased installer link (it is free so...) and i opend with wine and al was well untill about 80% in the instal it said

so i went into control panel via terminal

and there was no such option

please help me figure out what to do
