football manager 2031 with wine 1.4

Hi guys, first topic here by me so, be kind! I would like some instructions (full instructions would be best) to how to install football manager 2013 with wine 1.4. I have downloaded wine and i have installed both steam and the game, however, when i press play on steam, a box appears that says ''completing installation ... 1%'' and after that i get an error saying that ''In order to run steam properly in this version of windows, the Steam service component must be installed.The service installation process requires administrator priviledges.''

I have no idea on how to proceed... I run on ubuntu 12.10 x64 and i'm kind of a noob on linux!

FM 2013 needs the patch from bug 17195 to work.
