How to force wine use a prefix from another user

I would like to start an application using a prefix from another user, that I own read write permissions.
Is there any flags that allow me to this?

If it's a simple app that doesn't make a lot of registry entries you could try running it from your prefix, the same way you would run an installer that's on a cd. Beyond that, if you search the forum you will find various posts from people who have come up with ways to share wineprefixes. Use these methods at your own risk; they are not supported here.
