The RegressionTesting article in the wiki recommends to figure out the last working version first. In the article is a link to an archive: http://wine.budgetdedicated.com/archive/index.html
But clicking on "Binary Packages Archive" results in an empty page for me. Does anybody know another binary package archive?

That's the only one I know of, and I'm getting an empty page, too. Try asking on the Ubuntu forum.
