Installing game issues with wine

I'm trying to get these to run with wine and some will act as if their going to install and then i get a pop up with the error message


really not just with this 1 game but also trying to get wine to run
DC universe
Dungeons & Dragons Online
Everquest
Perfect World International
E-tools
Age of Empires 2 and 3
Counterstrike
Star Wars Knighst of the old republic

going to them for tech support and they all brush me off with the same answer o we built the games for windows and or mac good luck with running the game

Distro? Wine version? If it's not the latest development release, upgrade. Check the AppDB for any specific tweaks that might be needed for your games. If you still can't get anything to work, pick one game that should not require any tweaks (rated platinum in the AppDB) and post terminal output from trying to install it to a clean wineprefix.
