Mass Effect 2 Install Problem?

Hello,
I'm trying to install Mass Effect 2 on Ubuntu 12.10, thought I'd give it a try since all the test results are old for retail, but when it get's to the point where you switch out the discs the installer won't read the second disc. It's a good disc, I've used it on Windows and I can get into the files in the folders but when it asks for the second disc to be inserted hitting 'Retry' doesn't do anything. It just brings up the same promp repeatedly.
Any ideas?

You shouldn't manually eject a disk. Make it from desktop panel.
